【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardlaysdownthemountingdimensionsrequiredfortheinterchangeabilityofaccessoriesforthe16MPa[160bar1)]mediumseriescylindersinaccordancewithISO6020-1andforthe25MPa(250bar)seriescylindersinaccordancewithISO6022.TheaccessorieshavebeendesignedspecificallyforusewithcylindersmanufacturedinaccordancewithISO6020-1andISO6022,butthisdoesnotlimittheirapplication.ThisInternationalStandardcoversthefollowingaccessories,identifiedinaccordancewithISO6099:--AP2--rodclevis,femalethread(seeFigure1andTable1);--AF3--rodflange,circular(seeFigure2andTable2);--AB4--clevisbracket,straight(seeFigure3andTable3);--AB3--clevisbracket,inangle(seeFigure4andTable4);--AT4--trunnionbracket(seeFigure5andTable5);--AA8--pivotpin,plainorsphericalbearing(cotterpinorsnapringtype)(seeFigure6andTable6);--AP6--rodeyespherical,femalethread(seeFigure7andTable7);--AP4--rodeyeplain,femalethread(seeFigure8andTable8).Theseaccessoriesareusedonhydrauliccylindersformechanicallytransmittingthecylinderforce.ThedesignoftheseaccessoriesisbasedonthemaximumforcesresultingfromthespecifiedinternaldiametersofthecylindersandpressuresaccordingtoISO3320andISO3322.ThisInternationalStandardappliesonlytothedimensionalcriteriaofproductsmanufacturedinconformitywiththisInternationalStandard;itdoesnotapplytotheirfunctionalcharacteristics.
