【摘要】:ThisinternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsofglass-fibrewoundimpregnated,baregrade1orgrade2enamelledrectangularcopperwindingwire,temperatureindex200.Theimpregnatingagentcanbe,forinstance,polyesterimideorsiliconresinbased.NOTE-Forthistypeofwire,theheatshocktestisinappropriateandthereforeaheatshocktemperaturecannotbeestablished.Consequently,aclassbasedontherequirementsfortemperatureindexandheatshocktemperaturecannotbespecified.Theenamelledwireshallbebasedononeofthefollowingstandardsandshallbeagreedbetweenpurchaserandsupplier.IEC60317-28:1990,Specificationsforparticulartypesofwindingwires-Part28:Polyesterimideenamelledrectangularcopperwire,class180IEC60317-29:1990,Specificationsforparticulartypesofwindingwires-Part29:Polyesterorpolyesterimideovercoatedwithpolyamide-imideenamelledrectangularcopperwire,class200IEC60317-30:1990,Specificationsforparticulartypesofwindingwires-Part30:Polyimideenamelledrectangularcopperwire,class220Whenanenamelledwireisused,itmusthaveaminimumclassof180.Thetemperatureindexoftheglass-fibrewoundimpregnatedwireisdependentuponthetypeofimpregnatingagentused.Theimpregnatingagentappliedtotheglassfibreshouldhaveaminimumtemperatureindexof200.Theglass-fibrecoveringmaybe:a)asinglelayerofglass-fibre;b)doublelayerofglass-fibre,withonelayerappliedinthedirectionoppositetothatoftheotherlayer.Therangeofnominalconductordimensionscoveredbythisstandardis:-width:min.2,0mmmax.16,0mm;-thickness:min.0,80mmmax.5,60mm.Thespecifiedcombinationsofwidthandthicknessaswellasthespecifiedwidth/thicknessratioaregiveninIEC60317-0-4.
