【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletovacuumcleanersforhouseholdsuseinorunderconditionssimilartothoseinhouseholds.Thepurposeofthisstandardistospecifyessentialperformancecharacteristicsofvacuumcleanersbeingofinteresttotheusersandtodescribemethodsformeasuringthesecharacteristics.NOTE-Duetoinfluenceofenvironmentalconditions,variationsintime,originoftestmaterialsandproficiencyoftheoperator,mostofthedescribedtestmethodswillgivemorereliableresultswhenappliedforcomparativetestingofanumberofappliancesatthesametime,inthesamelaboratoryandbythesameoperator.Forsafetyrequirements,referenceismadetoIEC60335-1andIEC60335-2-2.Forradiointerferencesuppressionrequirements,referenceismadetoCISPR14(seeannexB).

【摘要】:TheLowTemperatureFlowTestresultsareindicativeofthelowtemperatureflowperformanceofthetestfuelinsomedieselvehicles(accordingtoCRCReportNo.528).Thetestmethodisespeciallyusefulfortheevaluationoffuelscontainingflowimproveradditives.Thetestmethodcanbeusedtosupplementothermeasurementsofdieselfuellowtemperaturebehavior(inaccordancewithTestMethodsD97,D2500,andD3117).1.1Thistestmethodcoversestimatingthefilterabilityofdieselfuelsinsomeautomotiveequipmentatlowtemperatures.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecificwarningstatements,see5.7,8.1,8.2.1,8.3,8.5,8.9.3,8.11,X1.17,andAnnexA1.
