【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesguidanceonwritingthetechnicalspecificationfortheprocurementofnaturaldraughtandmechanicaldraughtdrycoolingtowers,aircooledcondensersandtheirinternalsforuseinelectricitygeneratingstations(powerstations).ThisGuideforprocurementisnotapplicabletoequipmentforuseinthenuclearreactorplantareaofnuclearpowerstations.OtherpossibleapplicationsofsuchequipmenthavenotbeenconsideredinthepreparationofthisGuide.ThisGuidecovers:-waterdistributionsystem;-heatexchangers;-supportingframeandfootbridges;-winteroperatingequipment(e.g.louvres,shutters);-fanandfanancillaries;-noiseattenuationequipment;-pipeworkandvalves;-exhauststeamduct;-distributionducts;-airextractionsystem;-condensatesystem.ThisGuidedoesnotcover:-watercooledcondensers;-coolingwaterpumpsandassociatedauxiliaries;-chemicalandmechanicalwatertreatment;-civilwork.TheequipmentcoveredbythisGuideisdefinedbyitsfunctionratherthandesigntype.Therefore,theguidancetothespecificationisstatedinperformancetermsratherthanbeingspecifiedbyadetaileddescriptionoftheequipmenttobesupplied.ThisGuideindicatestopotentialpurchasershowtheirspecificationshouldbepreparedsothat:-theequipmenttypeandcapacityinterfacescorrectlywithotherelementsofthesystemssuchascondenser,coolingwatersupplyandcivilwork;-predictedperformanceisachieved;-ancillaryequipmentisproperlysized;-reliability,availabilityandsafetyrequirementsareachieved;-properconsiderationisgiventotheevaluationprocessandthequalitymeasurestobeapplied.ThisGuidedoesnotdeterminethetypeofspecification(e.g.detailed,performance,functional)ortheextentofsupplyforanygivencontractwhichisnormallydecidedonthebasisofthepurchaser'sprojectstrategy.Itdoesnotcover:-anycommercial,contractualorlegalissueswhicharenormallyinseparatepartsofanenquiry;-anyallocationofresponsibilitieswhicharedeterminedbythecontract.ThisGuidedoesnotprescribethearrangementofthedocumentsintheenquiry.NOTE:AsacomprehensiveEuropeanenvironmentalpolicyisstillunderpreparation,thisGuidedoesnotaddresstheenvironmentalimplicationsoftheequipment.
