【摘要】:ThispartofISO10846specifiesamethodfordeterminingthedynamictransferstiffnessfortranslationsofelasticsupports,underspecifiedpreload.Themethodconcernsthelaboratorymeasurementofvibrationsontheinputsideandblockingoutputforcesandiscalledthedirectmethod.Themethodisapplicabletoelasticsupportswithparallelflanges(seefigure1).NOTE1VibrationisolatorswhicharethesubjectofthispartofISO10846arethosewhichareusedtoreduce:a)thetransmissionofaudiofrequencyvibrations(structure-bornesound,20Hzto20kHz)toastructurewhichmay,forexample,radiateunwantedfluidbomesound(airborne,waterborneorother);b)thetransmissionoflow-frequencyvibrations(typically1Hzto80Hz)whichmay,forexample,actuponhumansubjectsorcausedamagetostructuresofanysizewhenvibrationistoosevere.NOTE2Inpracticethesizeoftheavailabletestrig(s)mayrestricttheuseofverysmallorverylargeelasticsupports.NOTE3Whenanelasticsupporthasnoparallelflanges,anauxiliaryfixtureshouldbeincludedaspartofthetestelementtoarrangeforparallelflanges.NOTE4Portionsofcontinuoussupportsofstripsandmatsareusedastestsamplesinthismethod.WhetherornottheportiondescribesthebehaviourofthecomplexsystemsufficientlyistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthispartofISO10846.MeasurementsfortranslationsnormalandtransversetotheflangesarecoveredinthispartofISO10846.Themethodcoversthefrequencyrangefrom1Hzuptoafrequencyf1,whichisusuallydeterminedbythetestrig.ThedataobtainedaccordingtothemethodspecifiedinthispartofISO10846canbeusedfor:—productinformationprovidedbymanufacturersandtosuppliers;—informationduringproductdevelopment;—qualitycontrol;—calculationofthetransferofvibrationalenergythroughisolators.
