【摘要】:ThisCodeprovidesstandardproceduresforconductingandreportingtestsonfans,includingthoseofthecentrifugal,axial,andmixedflowtypes.Theprincipalquantitiesthatcanbedeterminedare(a)fanmassflowrate,oralternatively,fanvolumeflowrate;(b)fanspecificenergy,oralternatively,fanpressure;and(c)faninputpower.ThisCodeprovidestherulesfortestingfanstodetermineperformanceunderactualoperatingconditionsandadditionalrulesforconvertingmeasuredperformancetothatwhichwouldprevailunderspecifiedoperatingconditions.

【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofthefollowingappliances,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseappliances,480Vforotherappliancesand24Vd.c.forapplianceswhenbatteryoperated.–refrigeratingappliancesforhouseholdandsimilaruse;–ice-makersincorporatingamotor-compressorandice-makersintendedtobeincorporatedinfrozenfoodstoragecompartments;–refrigeratingappliancesandice-makersforuseincamping,touringcaravansandboatsforleisurepurposes.Theseappliancesmaybeoperatedfromthemains,fromaseparatebatteryoroperatedeitherfromthemainsorfromaseparatebattery.Thisstandardalsodealswiththesafetyofice-creamappliancesintendedforhouseholduse,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseappliancesand480Vforotherappliances.Italsodealswithcompression-typeappliancesforhouseholdandsimilaruse,whichuseflammablerefrigerants.ThisstandarddoesnotcoverfeaturesoftheconstructionandoperationofthoserefrigeratingapplianceswhicharedealtwithinISOstandards.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholdusebutwhichneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount–persons(includingchildren)whose–physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or–lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;–childrenplayingwiththeappliance.NOTE1Attentionisdrawntothefactthat–forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;-inmanycountries,additionalrequirementsarespecifiedbynationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabour,thenationalwatersupplyauthoritiesandsimilarauthorities.NOTE2Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto–appliancesintendedtobeusedintheopenair;–appliancesdesignedexclusivelyforindustrialpurposes;–appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas);–appliancesincorporatingabatteryintendedasapowersupplyfortherefrigeratingfunction;–appliancesassembledonsitebytheinstaller;–applianceswithremotemotor-compressors;–motor-compressors(IEC60335-2-34);–commercialdispensingappliancesandvendingappliances(IEC60335-2-75);–commercialice-creamappliances.

JB/T 7947-1999 本标准是对 JB/T 7947-95《等压式焊炬、割炬》的修订。 本标准适用于一般单焰等压式焊炬、割炬和焊割两用炬。它供金属的氧乙炔焊接、切割及其它各种火焰加工（钎焊、预热等）之用。 本标准于 1985 年 4 月 2 日以 GB 5108-85 首次发布，于 1996 年 4 月调整为 JB/T 7947-95。
